    Hmm .. point taken! Room for improvement then in our videos. Presently, Alprostadil has not been available on the market for almost a year now due to manufacturing problems (so a Google search has informed me) & while it was supposed to be back in the shelves by mid July this year 2020, the time frame has again changed until apparently mid August 2021. Alprostadil is actually manufactured in England & with present limited supplies available they prefer to keep all available stock there for the local need & requirement. I think this present worldwide corona virus pandemic has a lot to do with the time frame shift however & also it has to be remembered that there are very limited international flights flying to overseas destinations at this point in time. You can (& it's the only other alternative) get Trimix here in Australia which is the equivalent of what we have been using which of course also requires a doctor's prescription & then only certain chemists (drug stores) here sell it. The nearest one to me, being some 70 kilometres (43 miles) away. Because finding out recently of the new time shift regarding our usual, it looks like I may have to consider doing the car trip .. we'll see ...

    Oh, we both do that also, however this brief series of video pieces of ours was to specifically address the subject of using Alprostadil penis injections rather than Viagra & Cialis & not so much about following on afterwards with intercourse, hand jobs or whatever. That area was secondary & not the real focal point of these videos! Until we uploaded our videos, there was 'nothing' on the subject that dealt with a 'married couple' using the Alprostadil injectable product, & all that was available out there were clips of 'single men' injecting themselves & then usually jerking themselves off. We wanted to add to the 'information highway' of available subjects that had not been already covered & addressed video-wise such as actual couples using these products & not just your single men injecting themselves.

    Nothing wrong with using the supplied shorter needle. Did this for quite some time, but found that every once in a while (careful as she is in administering them) I would feel the old 'bee sting' as my wife jabbed me. Puts you off, and causes minor apprehension every time of the next injection, "Will this be painless or one of those 'sting' surprises?" You don't jab with the longer needle, just slide it in, and believe it or not it makes a whole big difference. Very comfortable! ~ Check my response to the query from 'bicambguy' (elsewhere this page) as I supplied far greater detail which you may feel dots and underscores even more so. Cheers.

    The needle actually passes well above the urethra (a cross section diagram of a penis should clearly show this) and is of course, actually injecting the opposite side of the penis, and vice versa when my wife then injects me a second time from the other side. (Always two injections of 50% of the liquid so as not to wind up with a permanent curved penis from perhaps injecting the same or favorite side far too often as is mentioned in the written information that comes with the product). We just use a 50-50 approach doing 'both sides' each time that way there is nothing that needs to be remembered. As for the longer needles we began doing this, in this particular way (one-and-a-quarter inch & one-and-a-half inch) after I found that on some occasions the shorter needle used to hurt when being quickly jabbed in. Not a big deal, but it made you a little apprehensive and didn't allow you to be fully relaxed on each occasion that I was to be injected. Using these longer needles (as I have pointed out numerous times now in my response comments) you don't need to jab it in, rather just slide it in (and this procedure has proved to be far more comfortable and you don't notice or feel anything at all every single time). That's why (looks strange I know) we go with the longer needle and now I always totally relax each time in the knowledge that once in a while I will not be surprised by the old 'bee sting' feeling that does happen from time to time. Since men (and believe me, this applies very much to myself also) don't relish the thought of having our penises injected for any reason whatsoever rendering it necessary to be completely painless each and every time. We have recently discovered also, that a thicker gauge needle like a 23 or 25 can be used without fear as opposed to the more 'bendy prone' thinner gauge 27 or 30 when injecting. Slid in the same way (no jabbing) the thicker needle doesn't hurt in the slightest either would you believe. We have not as yet filmed ourselves using a 23 or 25 gauge needle but may do so after July 2020. Presently the prescription alprostadil product that we use is unavailable due to some kind of manufacturing problem and won't be available again until mid-July 2020 .. so we are in limbo right now. As a finale footnote here, having a partner or wife to give you these injections plays a major part in allowing you to completely relax and even look away should you wish (or watch like I mostly do) making the whole procedure even e-a-s-i-e-r! It actually eventually becomes part of the foreplay, and gives your partner something rather interesting to do to your penis and allowing her full and total control for a short period .. and well, a happy wife or partner and like they say, "A Happy Life!" I've actually learned to enjoy the penis injections and actually look forward to my wife administering them .. something that at one time way back I would never have thought even remotely possible.

    Either product as both produce an immediate result since they are administered by injection direct. Caverject or Trimix does nothing for size or timing, (as you put it) it is merely an alternative (and a stronger one in my view) to using Viagra or Cialis (which take a little longer to kick in and get you rolling). I've been using this product for around 11 maybe 12 years now with absolutely no side effects, and it works spontaneously every single time. It's the preferred 'go to' as far as I'm concerned. The injections themselves (though they look kind of bizarre on video), don't actually hurt in the slightest which is why I have been able to film the process. It's even better if you have a second person who is willing to administer the injection for you which will allow you to completely relax.
